Shipping and Return Policy Shipping periods: The Bandar Aden Store team delivers orders twice daily to ensure the best fast shipping experience for its customers. Orders are delivered on the same day in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Jizan, Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Medina, provided that the customer places the order before 4 PM. If the order is placed after this time, we will try to deliver it on the same day; if we are unable to do so, it will be delivered on the next business day. Shipping to other cities takes from 2 to 7 days depending on the policies of the shipping companies providing their services to us. The Bandar Aden Store makes every effort to expedite the delivery process for its customers but is not responsible at all in case the shipping company delays delivery, God forbid. Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has no right to exchange the provided product as it is food items that are not subject to exchange. 2- In case of defects or errors in one of our products, the customer must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the order. The customer has the right to request a return or exchange, with Bandar Aden Store bearing all local shipping costs within Saudi Arabia if the error is on the part of Bandar Aden Store. Return Policy: 1- Since the products are food items, the customer has no right to request a return unless there are defects in the product. If there are defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.
